All it took was a little digging into Diddy’s past and there she was- the alleged wicked witch of the entertainment industry herself, Lou Taylor, CEO of Tri-Star Sports & Entertainment Group, the recurring centerpiece of some of Hollywood’s darkest stories.

This afternoon, after 6 weeks of a long-winded court trial, Lou’s name was spotted on the monitor of the court room at 500 Pearl Street.

“Tuesday 2/7: Dinner with Lou, Robin & Tarik at house at 8:30 PM.”

“Wednesday 2/8 Finance meeting at house. Jane arriving next day for Wild King night.”

“Thursday 2/9 No Work. Wild King at continued at hotel.”

Brendan Paul, Diddy’s former assistant, was on the stand, and the government pulled up an old schedule of his from February, the time when Diddy threw Jane Doe her lavish birthday party at Nobo Malibu that inevitably turned into a freak off. The night before, as the calendar states, Diddy’s team had a dinner with his finance team: Lou, Robin and Tarik of Tri-Star Sports & Entertainment Group.

The prosecutor asked Paul to clarify to the jury.

“Who is Robin Greenhill,” she asked.

As I suspected, it was Robin Greenhill from Tri-Star, Lou Taylor’s business partner, who allegedly worked as Diddy’s finance manager and accountant up until his arrest.

The second this news hit, I grabbed my purse and headed outside the courthouse to inform my digital audience. I knew this news would reactivate the #freebritney army.

I first heard about Lou Taylor back in summer 2020, when I attended a Free Britney protest in DTLA on a scorching 90 degree day. Pop culture fans and human right activists dressed in 50 shades of pink, added a splash of color to the usually dingy Stanley Mosk Courthouse scene, parading around the building in a vibrant formation, an ode to the playful pop princess herself.

“What do we want? Free Britney! When do we want it? Now!” they chanted.

The harsh sunlight made it impossible to miss all the posters that read “Investigate Lou Taylor,” Spears’ business manager at the time. Britney fans were speaking about Lou like she was the boogeyman, nicknaming her “Loucifer,” claiming she was the evil mastermind behind Britney’s unjust conservatorship.

Even dogs showed up in the blistering heat to fight for Britney’s freedom! (kidding this is my dog, Meli, the only Maltipoo I know who can now put #activism in her bio).

Some of these fans even created social media accounts dedicated solely to exposing Taylor’s shady business practices, accusing her of trafficking, extortion, embezzlement, and stealing from Britney’s estate, while simultaneously forcing her to work outrageously long hours (all claims Taylor denies). One fan even accused Taylor of putting Britney through electric shock therapy and medicating her with lithium.

Even though Britney’s father Jamie Spears was listed as the sole conservator, the Britney army seemed more outraged by Lou Taylor, who they believe gave Jamie the idea- a likely theory considering Taylor’s reputation of pushing conservatorships onto parents of wild celebrities. In 2010, X17 reported that Lou Taylor suggested a conservatorship to Lindsay Lohan’s mom, Dina, after Lindsay checked herself into rehab. Lindsay’s father exposed their plans before they could move forward.

"Since Dina and Lou are going to try to be co-conservators, I had a choice of fighting it or petitioning for the purpose of appointing two conservators who don't have an interest in Lindsay's money, but rather her as a person and human being," Michael Lohan said.

Courtney Love also claimed Taylor tried to take control over her estate in 2010, and tried a “mutated strain of a conservatorship.” Love claimed Taylor wanted control of Kurt Cobain’s name and likeness, and the publishing rights to sell Nirvana’s discography.

Considering how much money Taylor made during Britney’s conservatorship, it’s not surprising she’d push this idea onto her other clients.

Lou Taylor was hired to manage Britney’s estate just a year after it was established and her agency allegedly made 5% of all Britney’s earnings during its run, amounting to about $18 million, although the official amount has never been confirmed.

Britney’s lawyer Matthew Rosengart claimed that Tri Star’s celebrity client list, including members of the Kardashian family and Travis Scott, “were built off the back of one Britney Spears,” as Tri Star wasn’t thriving financially until Taylor took full control over Britney’s estate.

Lou Taylor finally stepped down from Britney’s estate in 2020, claiming she was receiving too many death threats from fans.

Britney Calls Out Lou Taylor

When Britney was finally freed from her conservatorship in November 2021, her lawyer made a statement claiming that the “#freebritneymovement was “far from a conspiracy theory.” Britney thanked her fans for their support and then posted a long Instagram caption calling out Lou Taylor and her associate, Robin Greenhill, alleging that the two of them were trying to “kill her.” She says that she’ll someday “sue the shit out of Tri Star” and expressed the same sentiment most fans felt- that Lou and her associates “got away with it.”

Fans were happy Britney was free but disappointed Lou Taylor and associates were never truly investigated.

Now that Tri Star’s name popped up again, this time in federal court, fans are calling authorities to finally “Investigate Lou Taylor” and her associates.

Tri Star Named in Jones vs. Combs Lawsuit

In a lawsuit filed by plaintiff Rodney Jones last year, Jones alleges that Tri Star accountant Robin Greenhill was handling outgoing payments to Diddy’s sex workers, wiring them money monthly for their services on behalf of her client, Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to Jones, Greenhill was responsible for ensuring that all sex workers involved were getting their bag, alluding that Greenhill was directly involved with Diddy’s alleged “ongoing criminal operation.”

The Free Britney army asked officials to investigate Robin Greenhill back in 2020, alleging that Robin Greenhill was the woman who bugged Britney’s room and phone with Black Box security, monitored all of Britney’s iPhone activity and administered her medications.

Tri-Star Entertainment Named in Federal Court

This month, at the United States vs. Sean Combs trial, Jane Doe confirmed that Lou Taylor was wiring her landlord directly $10,000/month for her rent money. Jane said the arrangement was part of a “love contract”—an agreement that tied her body to Combs’s demands.

Today, Brendan Paul sat in that same witness box. From 2022 to 2024, he served as Combs’s assistant—booking travel, running errands, and buying supplies for the parties that have now become the center of a federal racketeering case. The baby oil. The Astroglide. Sometimes marijuana. All charged to his personal credit card. If he wanted to be reimbursed, he testified, the receipts had to go through Kristina Khorram—Combs’s longtime chief of staff. On those emails, always copied: Robin Greenhill.

That was the second time Greenhill’s name appeared in federal testimony.

Greenhill, the woman who oversaw finances at Combs Enterprises. Greenhill, who approved expense reports for the very “freak offs” the government now says were part of an organized criminal scheme.

But she hasn’t been called to testify.

Neither has Khorram. Not yet.

Instead, we’ve heard from assistants, hotel clerks, makeup artists and sex workers.

Everyone wants to know: where are the people in charge?

Where are the executives who received the emails? Who approved the transactions? Who signed the checks?

If this is a RICO case, and if the government believes Combs Enterprises functioned as a criminal enterprise, then it follows: the enterprise had a structure. And the people at the top haven’t been put under oath.

There are many possible reasons for that. Prosecutorial strategy. Witness negotiations. Immunity deals. Or perhaps what we’re all thinking- to protect the rich and famous. Prosecutor Maureen Comey went out of her way to protect the identities of celebrity witnesses last week during Jane Doe’s testimony, but has had no problem leaking the idenitiies of unknown male escorts. Why? Something is fishy at 500 Pearl Street…

Tri-Star Entertainment DEEP DIVE BELOW:

2007 VMA Conspiracy Theory

After Diddy’s arrest, rumors circulated online accusing him of playing a role in Britney’s 2007 downfall. Internet sleuths started wondering if Diddy was hired to drug Britney the night before her VMA performance, so that she’d appear psychologically unwell on national television to prepare the public for the conservatorship that was coming.

Some think the 2007 VMA performance was “a humiliation ritual.” The media hyped up Britney’s performance for months, calling it “Britney’s big comeback,” just for her to stumble sloppily on the stage and bomb while the entire world was watching.

A cameraman cut to celebrity reactions in the crowd, most of whom appeared confused watching the pop princess stumble. But when the camera zoomed in on Diddy, he looked unphased, leaving many wondering, Diddy know something we didn’t know?

The night before the infamous VMA performance, Britney was spotted partying in Vegas with Diddy, Paris Hilton and 50 Cent, dancing barefoot on a couch at Pure Nightclub in a plaid grey fedora. Diddy gave Britney a shout out when she entered the club.

Coincidentally, this was the same night as Cassie’s 21st birthday. In Cassie’s lawsuit, she alleged that Diddy invited himself to her birthday party and made moves on her even though he was dating Kim Porter at the time.
